Sizes
- Standard sizing spaces beams 35˝" on-center
- Custom sizing available. Add 16" to multiples of the on-center spacing for
length to outside of endwalls.

Walls/Roof Sections
- By designing for winter solar gain and year 'round comfort, portions of the roof and
endwalls are built with insulated construction.
- Insulated roof utilizes a sandwich of exterior sheathing, foam insulation, and drywall.
Equivalent to more than 10" of fiberglass insulation, this panelized
construction method installs very quickly. Operable skylites can be placed within
the roof for ventilation. Roof areas are also available all-glass.
- End-walls are conventional 2"x6" construction allowing a wide selectioin of
operable doors and windows. This allows for ample cross ventilation and through
siding and trim selection, can complement and match existing construction.
Timber-framed glass endwalls witth operable doors and windows available.

- Standard depths are 8', 10', 12', and 16' out from the house. Each frame is cut to
order so any size is available without "custom" pricing.

Wooden Framework
- Laminated wood structural members manufactured per A.I.T.C. (American Institute of
Timber Construction). Beams use Western Douglas Fir or Northern Pine.
- Precision joinery uses hidden steel fasteners. Fram joined to house and foundation
with welded steel brackets.
- Water repellent stain and finish per customer's selection.
- Any roof pitch available without custom cost.
- Shapes such as hip or valley roofs, gable-ended rooms, etc. available - if you can draw
it, we can probably frame and glaze it.

- Standard glass is tempered with an overall thickness of 1" for best insulation.
Glass is double sealed and carries manufacturers' warrantees.
- Glass options include LowE/Argon gas fill, heat absorbing, laminated safety, and new
"Super Glass®" with an R-value of 10.0.
- Operable aluminum clad windows and doors are available to provide screened ventilation.
- Glass is set on Closed cell foam gaskets then secured with an aluminum batte/flashing
system. Stainless steel fasteners are used throughout. Leak-free performance
guaranteed!
- Condensation is collected at the bottom of each glass panel and "weeped" to
the outside.
- Aluminum components are powder-coated a
