• 4 inch containers

• Maintained outside UVM greenhouse

• Moved to 4C greenhouse mid- November

• Acclimation at –2C in chest freezers (Jan.)

• Freezers connected to temperature controllers

• Temperatures recorded with thermocouple thermometers
