Materials and Methods – Freezing Procedure
Acclimation: -2C held for x days (1, 2 or 7)
Freezers lowered to treatment temperatures (-5, -8, -11 or -14C) and held for x duration (30 min, 2h, 24h)
After 1st treatment temperature, x plants removed and freezer adjusted to next setting
After removal from freezer, plants transferred to 4C greenhouse
