The following photos from August 2004 are of three lesser known gardens in Quebec. Other gardens already covered are the Montreal Botanic Garden and the Daniel Seguin Garden.

Jardins Moore, Mascouche (northeast of Montreal)-- several acres of former private gardens around home, on hillside, extensively planted with annuals (planete.qc.ca/menard/jardinmoore.html)

Van den Hende Garden, at the University of Laval, Quebec City-- covering several acres, this teaching garden of over 2000 species and cultivars has various parts-- woodland, rose garden, shade garden, arboretum, systematics garden (main part).  See their website (french) for map, history.
