Acclimation Date ~ Materials & Methods
5 Treatment temperatures:
- -2°C ? 2 day acclimation
- -5, -8, -11, -14°C ? dropped at rate of 1.5°C/h, held for 30 minutes
-
6 plants removed at each temperature
- Immediately returned to 4°C house
- Temperatures increased in March ~ 3ºC per week until mid-April
