Cycling Treatments
- 2 cycles = -3°/+3°/-3°C/+3°C ~ 24 hrs at each temperature
- 1 cycle = -3°/+3°C ~ 24 hrs at each temperature
- no cycles = no temperature cycling

then 2 days at -3°C followed by controlled freezing procedures as described previously
