Survey totals for firms $1-10 million were multiplied by only the response rate multiplier, as state specialists had checked the lists prior to mailing to try and ensure all potentially in this category were surveyed. Survey totals for firms over $10 million were not multiplied, assuming all had been surveyed and replied. Values for this latter category are not shown below in order to avoid potentially disclosing firm identities.
